No reply from management
Staff were friendly enough. A bit crowded but passable. However, manager didnt get back to me when I clarified the fees. Sent emails 3x with no response. Was keen to enrol but they never got back to me. Shame. We are a dual income household. I am a nurse and my partner is a strategist. Not to brag but we do not qualify for any subsidy or help from the gov so salary-wise we are ok and can pay but we did ask for a promo discount which was agreed on verbally. Was looking for a daycare near our work instead of near our home. I don’t know if I gave off a certain look that they didnt like but it is odd to not get a reply. Even a courtesy one.
We love it!
A home away from home. Lovely converted villa. My children are happy, settled and well cared for. Great attachments with teachers. Enjoys going and always comes home having learnt new things.
