Down hill fast
This centre used to have a good reputation but is now absolutely terrible. The new manager appears unqualified for the role, unable to have a conversation, and is never around. The teachers appear stressed and burnt out and the staff moral has changed dramatically since the new manager took over. There has been no consistency with staffing, there is a new face every day and the assigned teachers to the rooms always get swapped around.
I used to recommend this early years daycare to friends but now I’m ashamed at what it has become. It needs to be under new management pronto or the families are going to keep leaving. It’s a shame. There are some great teachers but you can tell they are not happy. If you’re in the central district I highly recommend you explore elsewhere. This is unsafe for our children

Beautiful teachers, practice, philosophy and centre. Includes nappies wipes and all food and cater to all dietary requirements!
A great preschool
Love sending my child to Grow where I know they are well cared for.
