Morrinsville College

This school is horrendous there is fight bullying and drug problems some of the teachers in fact most of them don’t give two shits about the students i definitely wouldn’t recommend if you want your kids to have a good and safe education

I was a student at Morrinsville College for two years. This school has massive bullying, drug, and fight problems. Also, I did not learn a thing for the entire two years that I was there and am now having to do triple the work at the current school I am at. Me and a couple of other kids were bullied by one teacher, this came to a climax halfway through my last year, and instead of the teacher being replaced, I was moved out of the class. There was not a day that I can remember that there was not a fight. I am lucky that I was able to move schools and extremely sorry for my friends that still have to go there.

If I could, I will of giving Morrinsville College 0; this school has let my son down, they keep telling him he doesn't need NCA levels to get a job because I was up in another city, and the other parent was in Morrinsville, the school could not understand that we both got guardians of my child, my child left Morrinsville College with no NCA levels so if you want a child not to get there NCA levels then this is a great school to go to, but if you want them to achieve at school then don't go there, but one thing I can say about this school that the staff like to hang up on the parents, so maybe that what they teach the kids

Morrinsville college is horrible, The bullying culture there is outrageous and uncared-for. Teachers don’t care how your child feels or what they are going through. The teachers care more about the colour socks your child is wearing than their happiness and safety. The school has no shelter which forces kids to sit in the cold rain every single winter day.

Over the past five years, this school has provided me with a great space to grow as an individual. Although in some aspects it could be better, such as the occasional teacher or fight letting the students down, I would highly recommend it. There's no need to go to some private school, morrinsville college is just as good, if not better.
