PCS recently hosted a 10-week Alpha course (exploring the Christian faith) for the PCS community. Facilities were excellent for multi-media presentations and for providing refreshments in a friendly, welcoming environment. FBC would be be very happy to use this venue again.

As a pastor at one of the local churches I was invited to share an encouraging message at the seniors' assembly. These students and teachers have to vacate various classrooms, move desks and carry chairs from other classrooms so that they can have several assemblies for different year groups every week. What a pleasant experience! Despite this challenge, we received a warm welcome from the office staff, principal and teachers. There is a peace that reigns in this place and I felt blessed to be there.
The school grounds are lovely, well maintained and well presented. And the newly established vegetable garden is a work of art! I can't wait to go back when the plants are flourishing.
I will be back for another assembly; trusting that the new hall will be finished soon!
It’s quite a small school, mixed age groups from Grade 1 up to 13. It could be a lot better, yes but in my experience the academics is a quite narrow selection. The curriculum is pretty decent, just some of the teachers really don’t follow it all too well. Personal challenging is definitely going out the drain along with anything else remotely that focuses on the students really. Representation and more focus would be nice.
