A serious systemic bullying problem within this school. Teachers turn a blind eye to what goes on within their classes, there is teachers whom incite bully behaviour by bullying the students themselves. Sarah Newell, if still there, should absolutely not be in a position of power and is a terrible example of a teacher who creates a bullying culture amongst her students, as she would regularly bully and make fun of us students within her care. The principal Megan, as lovely as she is as a person, lacks the experience and discipline in addressing bully behaviour. Her approach to dealing with bullying is to softly award the bully in hopes they will become better humans. While us victims being bullied are told to make changes to avoid being targeted. The school would rather watch a child devolope serious anxiety and have their confidence destroyed as a result of being bullied, than discipline a bully. The school bends over backwards awarding bad behaviour within the school, offering support and care towards the bully and no support to those of us whom were/are being bullied.
