Don't follow the School Values
The management has either been there too long and should have left yesterday or havn't been teaching long enough to know what they are doing. They don't live up to the values of the school and don't care for the students in the school. If there are too many issues from a student they are tossed aside, not cared for and pushed out. There are a few teachers there who give time for students, but they are not given time for by management because of this. It is not about the students, but about image and personal gain.
