Unfortunately due to a change in ownership and management, this is no longer a place that I feel comfortable sending my child. Billing is horrific, trying to get a reply from them about incorrect billing is hard work, and if you are lucky enough to get a reply it is rude. There’s no empathy from management or the owners. I feel for the kaiako, as it seems stressful.
